The Born Method is based on a patented system called The Mathematical System of Life, developed by my mother, Dr. Sibel Arda, after 25+ years of research and 60,000+ hours of 1:1 analysis.
My mother left her thriving orthodontics practice to explore a simple but powerful question, "What if the answers we seek are already encoded in our birthdate?"
She studied ancient math, sacred geometry, light frequencies, and behavioral science to build a system that translates your birthdate into a 20-digit matrix—a precise, personalized map of timing, patterns, and potential.
I’m now carrying that legacy forward, blending my background in data science, education, and social impact to modernize the method and expand its relevance. With experience analyzing behavioral patterns at scale, I’ve shaped The Born Method into a tool that offers grounded, personalized, and data-informed guidance for life’s biggest decisions. A modern coaching method that blends math and meaning to meet you exactly where you are.
About Me
My name is Ipek (prounounced: E-pek)
I grew up in Turkey surrounded by this work—my mother developed what became The Mathematical System of Life, and numbers were part of our daily conversations. They guided everything from friendships to big life decisions.
Drawn to numbers myself, I earned my master’s in Economics from Columbia University and spent over a decade working in education, impact investing, and data strategy—helping direct $8M in funding to reach more than 2 million students and earning recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree.
Now, I’m continuing my family’s legacy through The Born Method™—bringing this system to more people by blending analytics, care, and a deep belief in the power of data to help us feel understood and make aligned decisions.
